Polish browser-based webinar and online meeting platform with automated webinars, paid events and EU servers
Review by EuropeanStack EditorialUpdated Verified
ClickMeeting earns 7.9 out of 10. It is a practical, EU-based webinar platform with clear attendee-band pricing, built-in monetisation and a strong feature set for teaching. Its weaknesses are tight presenter limits, add-on charges for parallel events, modest storage, reviewer requests for deeper white-labelling, and a hosting description that rests on vendor statements. For paid webinars, courses and mid-sized events, it is a strong European option. CRM-heavy marketing teams or large panels should test the limits before committing.
ClickMeeting is a Gdansk-based webinar and online meeting platform that began inside GetResponse and has run as a separate Polish company since 2016. It supports live and automated webinars, paid events, breakout rooms and on-demand replays in the browser, prices by attendee band from 50 to 1,000 people, and states that its servers are in the EU and its security is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

ClickMeeting is a Gdaลsk-based webinar and online meeting platform that runs live, automated and on-demand events in the browser. It exists because running a paid course or a monthly client webinar on a general meeting tool gets awkward fast. You need a registration page, payment collection, reminders, a recording that reaches attendees automatically and a replay that works while you sleep. Plain video calling gives you none of that. Dedicated US webinar suites such as Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar and ON24 supply it, but they come with US ownership.
ClickMeeting started as a tool inside GetResponse, the Polish email marketing platform founded by Szymon Grabowski. Its About page says the platform "came to life in 2011", and secondary sources date its launch to 2010. It has operated as a separate company since 2016. The legal entity is ClickMeeting sp. z o.o. at al. Grunwaldzka 413, 80-309 Gdaลsk. According to the Polish court register (KRS 0000604194), ClickMeeting sp. z o.o.'s shares are held by a private individual, not by GetResponse S.A.; the two firms share founder Szymon Grabowski and a Gdaลsk address. The two products still integrate with each other. See our GetResponse review for the sister product.
Scale figures come from the vendor. A blog post from August 2021 claimed "over 370,000 customers from 111 countries", and its About page cites 15 million users a year. Both are self-reported, and the first is several years old. Secondary sources suggest a team of more than 100 people, which we could not confirm from a primary source. We list the company as independent and found no disclosed outside funding.
Within the video conferencing category, ClickMeeting sits closest to Livestorm and WebinarGeek. Our best European video conferencing tools roundup ranks the wider field. The webinar tools differ in how they charge. Livestorm bills by active contacts, while ClickMeeting bills by attendee capacity.
ClickMeeting's homepage promises to "run webinars live automated on-demand". Live events are the core. The Automated plan adds timelines built from uploaded recordings, surveys and call-to-action buttons, with automated reminders, recording delivery and certificates of attendance. A webinar recorded once can then run on a schedule without the host present.
This matters for lead generation. The vendor describes automated events as a way to capture leads repeatedly, and it cites one case study with 30,000 leads from a webinar series. Read that as a marketing claim rather than a benchmark.
Monetisation is a defining ClickMeeting feature. Organisers can connect PayPal, PayU or Stripe, sell tickets, offer discount codes, accept donations and put content behind a paywall. The Live plan page lists "paid events and donations" among its features. For trainers, coaches and course sellers, this removes the need to bolt a separate checkout onto the webinar.
Breakout rooms are included on Live and Automated plans from 25 attendees. The pricing page says organisers can create up to 20 rooms with up to 40 people assigned. A virtual whiteboard, polls, surveys, Q&A and chat complete the interactive set, and an Edu mode targets classroom-style sessions. Dial-in numbers, toll and toll-free, let attendees join by phone.
Our Livestorm listing notes that it has no built-in breakout rooms. For workshops, ClickMeeting is therefore the more natural fit.
The pricing page defines presenters as the host plus invited presenters, moderators or guest speakers. Plans for 25 to 50 attendees include the host and one more, plans for 100 to 200 allow two more, and plans for 500 to 1,000 allow three. Live and Automated plans include three additional logins. Events can also be streamed live to YouTube, Facebook or LinkedIn.
Presenter seats are the constraint to watch. A panel of five speakers will not fit on a 50-attendee plan, and the vendor sells extra presenters, attendees and parallel events as add-ons.
The integrations page lists Stripe, PayPal, Keap, Pipedrive, HubSpot, GetResponse, MailerLite, Moodle, Slack, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tracking tags, Google Calendar, Dropbox and YouTube. It also advertises a Zapier connection to more than 5,000 tools, while the pricing page cites "over 4,000 integrations". A public API is advertised for connecting to in-house applications or a CMS. The native CRM list is narrower than Livestorm's.
ClickMeeting prices by attendee capacity, which makes cost easy to forecast. A 14-day free trial for up to 25 attendees needs no payment details. After that, Live and Automated plans scale in bands of 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 attendees, and Enterprise covers events of up to 10,000 attendees through the sales team.
Entry prices for 50 attendees are about EUR 32 per month billed annually (EUR 383 a year) for Live, and about EUR 42 (EUR 504 a year) for Automated, excluding VAT. Monthly billing costs more, at roughly EUR 41 and EUR 52. The pricing page says annual billing saves up to 20 percent. Higher bands step up as follows:
| Attendees | Live (monthly / annual) | Automated (monthly / annual) |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | EUR 74 / EUR 696 | EUR 89 / EUR 828 |
| 200 | EUR 142 / EUR 1,320 | EUR 175 / EUR 1,596 |
| 500 | EUR 167 / EUR 1,584 | EUR 209 / EUR 1,980 |
| 1,000 | EUR 310 / EUR 2,988 | EUR 355 / EUR 3,420 |
Monthly figures are per month on monthly billing, and annual figures are the yearly total.
Prices move over time, and currency or regional pricing may vary, so check the current page before budgeting.
Limits to know about: the pricing page lists 6 hours of recording storage on Live and Automated, with file storage of 1 GB on Live and 2 GB on Automated. Hosting two events simultaneously needs a Parallel events add-on, and the add-on does not increase the attendee cap. Reviewers on Capterra and OMR Reviews say higher tiers feel costly for small organisations and that storage is limited.
ClickMeeting is a Polish company, so EU law applies. Its security page says its servers are all located in the European Union and that it holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. It also says it acts in accordance with the GDPR as a European entity. A 2021 vendor blog post described its infrastructure and databases as sitting "in the EEA" in data centres with certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOC 1.
ClickMeeting describes end-to-end encryption for meetings, such as medical consultations, rather than for webinars, stating that "even our servers cannot decrypt the content". Treat it as a meetings feature, and ask the vendor before relying on it for sensitive sessions.
Wording needs care on hosting. An older OVHcloud case study from around 2020 reportedly listed server locations including London, and we could not re-check it. We therefore describe the hosting as EU servers per the vendor, not as proven EU-only infrastructure. The listing on this site sets the EU-hosting flag on the strength of the vendor's current statement, and buyers with strict requirements should request the sub-processor list in writing.
Trainers, coaches and course sellers. If you charge for webinars, the built-in payments, donations and paywall remove one tool from the stack, and the Automated plan turns a recorded session into an evergreen funnel.
Educators and workshop leaders. Breakout rooms, a whiteboard and Edu mode suit teaching. If you want small-group interaction inside a larger session, ClickMeeting fits better than Livestorm.
Small and mid-sized teams who want predictable cost. Capacity-band pricing is easy to forecast. If you run frequent events for a few hundred people, the cost stays steady rather than tied to contacts.
Teams who should look elsewhere. If you need deep CRM sync with real-time engagement scoring, look at Livestorm. If you need many presenters or simultaneous events without add-ons, check the limits first. For a Dutch alternative, see WebinarGeek. US options include Zoom Webinars, GoToWebinar, ON24 and Demio, as well as Zoom.

For many small and mid-sized webinar programmes, yes. ClickMeeting is a Polish company with EU servers, flat attendee-band pricing, automated webinars and paid-event tools. Zoom Webinars offers a larger ecosystem, and its parent is a US company.
